SUMMARY:2nd Annual New Years Cleanse
DESCRIPTION:  \nAn opportunity to let go of the old and bring in the new. This will be a time of contemplation\, meditation and ritual. We will have a bonfire with sage for letting go of old thoughts and behaviors in a ritualized way. We will be doing some of The Method to inquire into old thinking. We will be releasing old blocks and re-enforcing what works for us. There will be a time of contemplative writing about 2016. A time of meditation and new beginnings. It will end with the breaking of bread together. Remember to bring something to burn to symbolize letting go of the past. We will be letting go of the old and ringing in the new.
