The Method was developed by Pam Moore by melding, modifying and creating a 15 inquiry process. This process became known as the Moore Method. The Method is a meditative process that takes us deeper and deeper into ourselves. It is designed as a way for us make friends with our ego – that part of us that separates us from ourselves and others. It helps us let go of projections that keep us seeing ourselves as a victim. Once this “persona” is accepted we can feel our experience completely and let go of the attachments to it. We are able to forgive and produce gratitude in our lives.
