The Cultivation of Happiness: Life in Recovery

So much of addiction is craving for that which brings momentary happiness. We will work with that which brings enduring happiness which exists outside of craving.

There will be guided meditations, large and small group discussion and collaborative work.

All donations accepted, generosity applies.  Suggestion is $45 per person

All proceeds from this event will benefit Refuge Recovery Organization’s effort to reaffirm itself legally independent of any representative individual teacher(s) in order to continue to be a resource and global community infrastructure for those seeking a buddist path to recovery
